Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya peningkatan kompetensi teknis karyawan magang dalam mendukung operasional kendaraan logistik yang memiliki intensitas penggunaan tinggi. Kondisi di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa karyawan magang masih memiliki keterbatasan dalam keterampilan praktis, khususnya dalam kegiatan maintenance kendaraan. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat kompetensi karyawan magang melalui pendampingan langsung dalam perawatan kendaraan operasional di PT BGR Logistik Indonesia. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif berbasis praktik langsung dengan tahapan persiapan, pembekalan, demonstrasi, praktik, dan pendampingan intensif. Kegiatan difokuskan pada tiga aspek utama, yaitu perawatan sistem roda dan pengereman, servis sistem bahan bakar dan pelumasan engine, serta perbaikan sistem kopling dan transmisi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peserta pada setiap aspek mengalami peningkatan kompetensi teknis yang signifikan. Pada aspek sistem roda dan pengereman, peserta mampu melakukan penggantian bearing, karet seal, dan kampas rem secara mandiri. Pada aspek sistem bahan bakar dan pelumasan, peserta mampu melakukan penggantian saringan solar dan oli engine sesuai prosedur. Pada aspek sistem kopling dan transmisi, peserta mampu melakukan penggantian kampas kopling serta memahami perawatan transmisi kendaraan. Secara keseluruhan, kegiatan ini memberikan manfaat berupa peningkatan keterampilan teknis, pemahaman prosedur kerja, serta sikap profesional peserta dalam kegiatan maintenance kendaraan. Kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa pendampingan berbasis praktik langsung dalam lingkungan kerja nyata merupakan pendekatan efektif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi karyawan magang.
