Abstract

Hasil Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA) 2022 menunjukkan bahwa capaian literasi membaca siswa Indonesia masih berada di bawah rata-rata global, yang mencerminkan perlunya inovasi pembelajaran berbasis literasi dan teknologi. Kondisi tersebut semakin kompleks di wilayah geografis terpencil seperti Kecamatan Bastem, Kabupaten Luwu, di mana pemanfaatan teknologi dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris belum optimal. SMA Negeri 8 Luwu menghadapi permasalahan berupa keterbatasan media pembelajaran interaktif, rendahnya literasi digital siswa, serta kurangnya kepercayaan diri dalam kompetensi komunikatif. Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan modul Bahasa Inggris berbasis teknologi interaktif yang adaptif terhadap kondisi infrastruktur lokal serta mampu meningkatkan literasi digital dan kompetensi komunikatif siswa. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi analisis kebutuhan, pengembangan e-module berbasis multimedia (audio, video, kuis interaktif), validasi ahli, pelatihan guru, implementasi pembelajaran selama 4–6 minggu, serta evaluasi melalui desain pre-test dan post-test. Indikator keberhasilan mencakup peningkatan skor minimal 20% pada ≥80% siswa, peningkatan partisipasi aktif dalam pembelajaran digital, serta kemampuan guru mengoperasikan modul secara mandiri. Luaran program meliputi produk modul digital interaktif, artikel ilmiah pengabdian terindeks SINTA, hak cipta modul, serta video dokumentasi kegiatan. Program ini diharapkan menjadi model pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris berbasis teknologi yang berkelanjutan dan dapat direplikasi pada sekolah lain di wilayah rural Kabupaten Luwu.
